There is no proper cleaning, fully dust.We are four people staying 2 nights there , they provide only one litre of drinking water. So I don't want to say more. It was one of the worst experiences in my expectations .
It was clean,stylish,roomy with excellent service. Food was good . service was attentive and efficient.

The check in staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was passable. Location was ok.
The TV remotes weren’t working, there was no bottle of water in the room. No basic amenities like Soap in the bathroom. No coffee and tea making facilities. There was no water coming from the bathroom sink.

Staff attitute. Front office staff attitude is very bad. No value for money. They charge breakfast tea 21rs. My recommentation, dont go anyone this hotel. Better choose someother hotel. Washroom cleanliness is bad.

The size of the family room and its number of beds and the amenities in the room. The friendly staff and the room service was wonderful. And the fact that they have their own restaurant was wonderful.
The toilets could use more cleaning around the corners and the edges. And the fact that AMEX and International cards could not be used at the hotel was very disappointing and really it was difficult when asked for payment. Was looking forward for airport pickup but was not available may be due to short notice from my side.
They don't have running kitchen. So Plan outside for good breakfast. Location is great as you have access for Metro, Bus, Tax, Auto, and Restaurants.
As it is on the main road, Noise is more when you open windows.
